« Sehr ruhige Lage, wunderschönes Ambiente. Der Holzofen im Winter sorgt zusätzlich für Wohlbehagen. Toller Fernseher und sehr bequeme Couch und Sessel. Elektrisch verstellbar!Alles sehr sauber. Toller Whirlpool, wurde täglich genutzt! Sauna klein aber für 2 Personen super! Wir haben uns zu viert rundum wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus! Morgens das Frühstück im Wintergarten genossen. Schien so schön die Sonne herein. Insgesamt eine wunderschöne entspannte Woche. »

« Très belle location, idéale pour grand groupe, en pleine campagne, les lieux permettent de s'isoler facilement, très bon équipement général, les 2 maisons côte à côte communiquent très facilement et sont très bien agencées, la décoration est pensée avec goût, la climatisation est présente dans toutes les pièces, la piscine est parfaite, le grand pool house très appréciable... Bref une location idéale pour des vacances en Istrie. Quant aux propriétaires: deux familles adorables et très...

« Die Villa befindet sich ruhig abgelegen, jedoch fußläufig am Rande des Dorfes Krnica. Für kleine Einkäufe kann man den Konzum im Dorf nutzen. Nach Pula sind es ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto (parken am besten etwas Außerhalb mit etwas Fußmarsch, Strasse Vodpvodna ul., am Ende der Strasse ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz). Wir haben die Villa sehr sauber vorgefunden und es gibt alles was man für eine Selbstversorgung benötigt (Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Toaster etc.). Es ist eine vollständige Küche im Haus...

Das Haus ist sauber, ruhig gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, Einkaufen Strand und Restaurant sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.Nochmals ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die Vermieterin. »

« Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété. La communication a été rapide, la maison est très agréable et profite d’une vue et d’un emplacement exceptionnel. Les hôtes font leur maximum pour que nous passions un très bon moment : nourriture et boissons dans le frigo, vélos et canoës à disposition, multitudes de conseils et de bonnes adresses. « Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück.Sehr ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre. Für die Kids genug platz zum spielen.Für die Hunde ausreichend Platz im komplett eingezäunten Grundstück.Die Zimmer groß genug und sauber.Badezimmer fantastisch. Vom Haus aus ist die Küstenregion in alle Richtungen gut in 20-40min erreichbar je nachdem wo man hin will.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. "C'est comme un petit village de vacances : des activités, des bars, une supérette. C'est très calme. La vue sur l'Adriatique est à couper le souffle. Et le coucher du soleil est un spectacle splendide. On peut accéder à la mer : en descendant quelques marches, on est sur les rochers. La piscine donne aussi sur l'Adriatique. Dans les transats, on peut l'observer paisiblement puis se baigner dans la piscine qui contient de l'eau de mer ! Le soir, on peut se détendre dans le logement. Le nôtre était bien frais ou aller dîner dans la très agréable vieille ville de Pula ( accessible facilement en bus.) "

"La situation sur le littoral est privilégiée, au calme. La vue est magnifique sur la mer et les criques arborées. La piscine est agréable. La plage de galets est proche mais toute petite. Attention cela fait mal aux pieds sans chaussons de mer. Nous avons réservé un appartement 1 chambre (sea view), qui semblait de plain- pied sur les photos. Il s'agissait d'un duplex (escalier très pentu), pas très pratique. La literie était plutôt confortable (nos ados ont dormi dans le canapé-lit correct). La cuisine comporte un frogo, des plaques de cuisson, un four micro-ondes et assez peu de couverts. Le balcon vue mer pourrait être agréable mais problème: le bloc de clim souffle sur le balcon. Donc il faut couper la climatisation si on veut profiter du balcon. Nous avons testé la supérette Konzum, c'est cher mais pratique. Nous avons également mangé au Secondi ( burgers plutôt bons), au restaurant Oliva (bon, belle véranda mais petites portions), au restaurant Bonaca (surcôté). Tout cela est pratique si vous avez envie de rester dans ce petit coin tranquille de Pula. Sinon il faut reprendre la voiture ou le bus ( arrêt à 5 minutes vers le centre-ville). Autre remarque: pas de self-service laundry. Nous sommes allés à Speed Queen, très bonne laverie en périphérie. "
