"The hotel provides a clean, quiet place to rest your head at night as you explore Seoul during the day. It's centrally located in Gangnam - so easy to get wherever you want to go. I stayed here for 2 weeks visiting my daughter, and I was really pleased with my stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel The hotel was excellent overall, and everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The staff were always happy to answer our questions and assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. If I could give the breakfast six stars, I would! The only disappointment was our room. We had a standard room, and it was rather small and felt quite dated, as though it had not been renovated in many years. The room itself was very clean, but the beds were extremely hard. The mattresses also seemed quite old, and unfortunately, we found them very uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the room and especially the beds, everything else about the hotel was fantastic. The wonderful staff, excellent service, and truly exceptional breakfast made our stay a very positive experience."

"Nice clean room with modern climate control and lighting. Great shower. Bed was great but softer pillows would be nice. Lounge wear and slippers provided and great complimentary laundry facilities nice spa. Didn’t dine in restaurants but great location easy walking. I would highly recommend."

"My room here was the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. So stylish, thoughtfully appointed, spacious, just luxurious. I loved the loft, all of the space provided by the couch, and the view. The pool was also amazingly beautiful. The only downside is that some of the staff were quite rude and there seemed to be a miscommunication between hotels.com and the hotel itself about what kind of room I reserved. The staff insisted on seeing my actual booking online, causing me to open up my computer and login to hotels.com in the lobby, which was quite weird. Otherwise, a great stay!"

"Location was great and room was clean. Has automatic light at the door of the room that is way too sensitive and not able to be turned off, would turn on randomly in the middle of the night and light up the entire room. Other than that was great stay for the price!"

"it’s a budget hotel so your getting what you paid for. Overall, I thought it was a very cozy and nice place especially if you’re solo traveling. Very close to metro and shopping area and pretty convenient. Would stay again if I was traveling alone in Korea in the future"
