Reached to the property management company Vacasa and they did nothing. In fact, that carpets were badly stained. The bedding and covers were bad. The main bedroom cover had hair on it. The sofas were quite old and we decided to put towels on them. This was not what we had anticipated and this ranks among our worst experiences with vrbo and the 1st time I've ever been motivated to provide a review.
