Hôtels récent et propre. Personnel à l’ecoute. Baignade jugée dangereuse étant donné les courants et vagues. (Digue à revoir sur la plage) Vaste piscine et jardins bien entretenus. Restauration et petit déjeuner correct. Hôtels assez éloigné des divers centre-d’interets.

Lieu tres calme .Jolie chambre.
Nous avons passé 2nuits à cet hôtel au calme.Nous n'avons eu aucun mal à trouver un taxi pour visiter les environs: ville de Klungkunk, village de Kusamba, Tirta Ganga, Village de Tenganan...C'était une belle escale sur notre circuit à Bali.

Room condition was very bad and we got charged for a Ocean view room and ended up looking at a roof. Booked a day trip with them and got stranded on another island and no other tickets available to get back to our room.

Stunning hotel but has been left to dust, all general maintenance of the hotel has been abandoned. Very sad, the rooms were beautiful but no activities or things to do at the hotel at all.

Most of the staff don't speak English. When I call for a house keeping from 9 am to 11 am the house keeper came to collect laundry. I had to make multiple calls. They don’t change towels because the policy is green, guests are required to reuse the towels. The house keeper didn’t restock the soap or shampoo they just made the bed. To make it worst the card was not working and the receptionist took my card never fixed it. I had to leave my room door open. The breakfast buffet provides only water, fruit punch juice and coffee. If you order another drink additional charge. The workers come to the room to collect payment quickly and able to communicate. When calling for room service they pretend not to understand or taking their sweet time. The place is too far from the city attraction. I will never stay at this hotel again.

My partner and I arrived at the hotel at 6pm after a delayed flight with Garuda airline to find our room ready (Thank God for that) although, the staff from the reception were average and did not have much knowledge of the hotel facilities. The lady from the reception could not explain to us where our room was she kept saying that the concierge guy would scout us out to our room. She also explained to us that the restaurant would be opened until 10:30. My partner and I went out for a little wonder around and when we came back to have dinner as we arrive to the restaurant around 9:30 the staff was very prompted to say "we are closed". We were like, we need to get some food as we haven't had dinner, the staff told us that we could order some room service and we quickly headed to our room to only been told that we could not order any more food as the restaurant was closed. We were starving and had to go to bed without food because the miscommunication between front office and restaurant staffs. The bathroom shower was horrible, every time we were having a shower there was water everywhere and the door handle came off as we were trying to get into our room. We were very disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, I don't think we are going back.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. We were treated like royalty! The staff was very friendly and helpful Freddy was very professional and always helpful. This hotel is quiet and relaxing. This is a great hotel!

For $40/night it’s hard to complain, but still... Minuses: I found a used toothbrush and open toothpaste in my shower upon entering the room; the towels smell weird; the pool was closed for maintenance; the restaurant was closed for a private event; the TV remote was disgustingly sticky; the phone didn’t work; the Wi-Fi constantly went in and out (but mostly out); the parking garage for scooters is limited and smelly; the drinking water bottles and toiletries are single-use plastic; the railings around the property are all rusted and look untrustworthy. Plusses: The lily pond is pretty and my bed was comfortable. And the dogs were sweet.

Check in was ok, I was staying close to reception but the staff insisted they took my bags to my room. The young lady who was given this task hadn’t used a luggage trolley before so I ended up helping her getting it to and in the lift. The hotel room was spotless, bed extremely comfortable. I ordered room service and the food was good. Took about 45 minutes to get to me. The food in my opinion was over priced. I ordered a coffee from the beach bar, and had a nightmare. The coffee itself was tasty but it took them 20 minutes to find a card machine so I could pay. This hotel is aimed for family’s and couples in my opinion. I wouldn’t return

Great Hotel for Solo Traveler
Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel offers several activities on site; nature and cycling tour, Balinese dance and cooking class to name just a few. It is a great hotel for solo travelers how wants to experience the city with others or just want some time along. The spa is a must do experience.

Fantastic stay at Wyndham
The hotel was amazing, the staff are extremely friendly and polite. Room was formidable with high western standard. Regards to lack of tourists at the hotel, it felt for us that it were too many staff members waiting for something to do. As a matter of fact they forgot us at our table in some occasions, because they where talking with each other in stead of keeping an overlook. Last but not least, keep in mind that there is lack of facilities around the hotel area. Overall a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel.

So I booked a room with ocean view and a water pool, however the staff said all rooms near seaview is under construction...and offer me a villa and said it was more expensive...However I wanted a room with ocean view not a villa.. And no one informed me before the stay...And the breakfast there sucks which cause me around IND300,000 per person...

The rooms are nice and clean. However we had a horrible check in experience, they couldnt find our reservation and took almost an hour to check us in, and took a whole wedding group that showed up after us before figuring out our reservation. Then the restaurant was closed because of this wedding reservation and the only thing available was cold expensive room service or a nasi gorang bar for $15 which looked worse than a $2 Nasi goreng, so all the other guests' experience was compromised because of their wedding reservation. The breakfast buffet was horrible, and half empty by 9am. The lady said "you should get here earlier next time"... REALLY! When I'm paying $15, oh and they tried to charge me $20 on the phone when I was booking rather than when I got there the price was different.. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Excelente hotel en Bali
Un gran hotel en Bali, totalmente nuevo, equipado, acogedor, las piscinas, el spa y sobre todo, la gente que atiende, especialmente Gek Mas del restaurante de la playa, y todo por un precio más que razonable que difícilmente se podrá conseguir en otros países con estas comodidades. Mejoraría un poco el horario de atención del restaurante que solo es hasta las 10 pm y la variedad del menú para aquellos que se quedan más de 3 o 4 días en el lugar, pero es algo que no opaca en nada la buena impresión del hotel!

Sehr schönes Resort mit einer wunderschönen Anlage. Alle sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Spricht man ein Problem an, wird sofort versucht eine Lösung zu finden. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und sauber und hat einen sehr schönen Strand. Die dazugehörige Beach Bar ist ebenfalls schön und hat sehr gutes Essen.

Potential to be good hotel.
For a fairly new hotel, rooms are already showing wear and tear especially in the bathroom. Housekeeping should clean all stains off carpet and floor however that was not the case. The only redeeming feature about staying here is the hotel staff. They are very helpful and goes out of their way to assist with any requests. Hygeine for breakfast buffet could be improved with better training of staff to ensure house flies are kept away and gloves or tongs are used when handling raw food for cooking noodles or preparing food in the dining area stalls.

Vi havde bestilt et standardværelse, men blev opgraderet til super lækkert værelse med privat pool da en hel bygning var lukket grundet uvejr. Lækkert værelse Ok pool Ok mad - lidt dyrt i forhold til kvalitet Lækre smoothies/milkshakes Super lækker buffet morgenmad 2 forskellige restauranter med forskellig mad og priser - lidt underligt. Hotellet ryster når bølgerne rammer stranden. Sandet på stranden er sort og glimter. Nærområdet er kedeligt - udover safari parken. Dog er der en kiosk/supermarked i gå afstand. Klungkung er ikke et turistet sted, men ret muslimsk Flotte omgivelser på selve hotellet, men der er nogle, som ikke taler engelsk, hvilket er upassende til et 5 stjernet hotel. Hotellet er bestemt ikke 5 stjernet, men det er ikke et dårligt hotel hvis man er til bade/slap af ferie. Billedet er strand restauranten/baren om aftenen

Isolated and unusable beach
If you are seeking an escape from the usual bustle of Bali and think this could be the place for you then give it a go. However it’s isolated and on a beach that’s black volcanic sand that’s heated from the sun and too hot to walk on. The sea is also way too dangerous to swim in with huge crashing waves 24/7. The hotel has all the upmarket features with great views and comfortable beds. The main pool had been damaged by a freak storm and waves before we arrived but there was another pool that was nice to swim in. The food was ok, not fantastic, dearer than usual but still affordable. There weren’t a lot of people there during our stay making it feel like a ghost town, and this was peak season. To sum up if you want isolation with great views of the ocean and Bali countryside, don’t care for local markets or beaches, and don’t like being sourounded by lots of hotel guests, then this may be the resort for you. We personally won’t go back there despite all its positives.
