"Fantastic little Riyad right in the heart of Médina. Perfect location for shopping, restaurants and cafes and only 2 minuets walk to the famous city walls. There’s no 24 hours reception at the property, so you have to inform them beforehand of your rough arrival time. When we arrived we got very pleasant welcome from Hanane (owner?) and the house lady who’s name escapes me. The house lady was very kind, nothing was too much trouble for her. She even treated us with some home-baked biscuits. ...

"Things listed as available were not. No airconditioning, no airport shuttle, no black out drapes, could not connect to Wifi in room on the top floor, no TV in the room. Staff spoke very little English. Breakfast was good and plentiful but overall I would not recommend this place."
