"Lovely secluded property with plenty of space. Pool area was perfect. Philipe the host was responsive. The map to get to the property was accurate- use the Vrbo link. What 3 words would help navigation too. The weather is 10 degrees hotter than Essouira, so plan accordingly- we thought it would be cooler…not complaining though!. Hamza the caretaker is helpful, a low key but available presence if needed. Pool area and gardens particularly lovely. It would have been helpful to have a house manual letting us know what to do with rubbish disposal, guest expectations on leaving (including bath room paper) , local guide to restaurants/ATMs and sites outside of Essouira and around Ghazoa. Hamza answered all questions posed, but a manual would be really useful. We really liked Rendezvous Restaurant and the local supermarket. We found a hedgehog on the road and turtle on the road outside the property - so drive carefully, and we loved the cats. The property was great value for money, but some hand soap, toilet paper rolls and cleaning products (and ideally a bedroom fan) would have taken it into the next level. We loved it and it I’ll be back!"

"Good quality apartment hotel, helpful staff and plentiful breakfast. Also had a good dinner. Only downside is the surrounding environment. Half finished/abandoned building works. Normal for Morocco but its a shame. Be aware the place is 2.5 km from the Medina. 35 min walk (usually a cooling Atlantic breeze) or 10 MAD petit taxi"

"Fantastic villa. Very quirky, very colourful, very eclectic artwork and music. Garden and pool the highlights. Loved the local wildlife!Stayed as a multi-generational group for a relaxing summer holiday. There are four bedrooms with options to make up beds for more sleeping arrangements (note that beds are very firm), and plenty of bathroom option. Loads of storage, plenty of towels, lots of essentials provided/left by previous renters. Washing machine, dishwasher and lots of kitchen equipment, crockery and gorgeous bowls!The villa is such a delight! So quirky and interesting. Incredible artwork on every wall and in every space. The courtyard is a joy and the outside space just fantastic. We all absolutely loved the garden and the pool. Very private and always somewhere to find some shade and many options for delightful places to sit. We loved the local wildlife and colourful flowers were everywhere. Having the pool slightly raised made it so much less stressful for us with an 18 month old toddler. The pool is not heated but this was not a problem for us at all. Said, the very lovely and helpful manager, maintenance man speaks French but little English however, with the help of Google we got along fine. He organised airport transfers and car hire and always responded quickly to any requests. Only slight downside was the immediate location, 15-20 mins from Essaouira (you need a car!), the first 2km on unmade roads so no local walks to a cafe/restaurant in the evening!"

"We stayed early August and loved this hotel. The renovations are beautiful and this hotel will be amazing once it is all completed. There was some noise around the pool deck but it was manageable. I really loved all the palm plants and the pool area is lovely. This hotel is in a great location and you can easily walk around and see the sites. Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our time and the staff are helpful."

"Cet hébergement est merveilleux. Les propriétaires sont généreux et ils sont très axé sur le service client, nous nous sentons immédiatement à la maison. Superbe piscine, terrasse avec chaises longues, beaucoup a de divertissement (billard, bards, jeux de société, jeux vidéo, etc.). Les déjeuners sont excellents. Ce sont des amoureux des animaux en plus, ils ont recueils chat et chien qui vivent dehors dans la cours et sont nourri comme des rois. Ils ont un grand cœur!! Je recommande pour moi et ma famille ce fut un gros wow !!"

"Très belle villa. Tout le confort avec des hôtes très disponibles et aux petits soins.Emplacement proche d'Essaouira (10 min en voiture). Voiture nécessaire pour les activités mais Patrick a été notre chauffeur et c'était parfait. Merci à Latifa pour sa gentillesse et ses bons petits déjeuners ainsi que son couscous. Piscine très agréable malgré le vent très présent cette semaine là. La cuisine en terrasse est par contre très sommaire pour pouvoir vraiment cuisiner. Très calme. Pour les activités , n'hésitez pas à demander à Patrick pour les réservations. Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour."
