« La chambre choisie au départ n’était pas disponible. À la place l’accueil nous a proposé deux chambres dont nous n’avions pas l’utilité. Nous en avons utilisé une seule. J’ai eu à demandé le remboursement de la deuxième mais l’établissement n’a pas voulu. Néanmoins le service était à la hauteur, le personnel avenant et rapide dans l’exécution de nos demandes. L’appartement était propre et de bonne qualité. »
