« Extremely basic amenities in the bathrooms- given the daily accommodation rate we paid. No device supplied to remove snow from front path- had to borrow from a neighbour.We may have been staying in a hotel, no warmth in communication- they noted that they manage over 100 places and offered a 5% discount on further stays up until the 30th December 2025 with the offer sent to us January 2026. »

« we had an amazing stay at Jackie's chalet! great beds, wonderful cosy living, great kitchen and bathrooms, and the location is unbeatable. We had coffee with the view on Mount Rundle, walked 2 minutes to all the pretty streets in Banff or to the Bow River. Jackie was a wonderful host and we liked very much to have her around! Highly recommended! »

« The host was so gentle and answer timely to our questions and inquiries. The host even drove around 1h night time to help us on how to operate the fireplace. The house was clean and fully equipped matching the description when we booked it. Easy access to Canmore and Banff. I advise this property for a family of 4 to 7 members. Many Thanks 😊 »

« The property was very clean and we loved the easy check-in and check-out process. The host (Mark) was very responsive when communication was sent, however there were really no issues or problems so communication was minimal. We highly recommend this property and would certainly consider staying again in the future. »
