It's a cosy place very well situated. The unit itself is a basement unit with quite dim lighting, fortunately the exterior fireplace and bbq are open and very enjoyable. The main Bed was very comfortable however the convertible felt a little thin. Our daughters are very young and it was okay, but keep it in mind for older kids.
