Totally private and surrounded by the Kruger bushveld and were visited by 3 types of antelopes and other animals and many birds in the garden. The staff and owner were extremely accommodating and responded very quickly to any queries and offered very good advice on where to go and what to see. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return"

Staff would assist with anything uncluding washing up and laundry, so not really "self-catering" if you wish. "This property was in a very quiet and rural place, which is exactly what we wanted, to be near wildlife and nature. The housecwas very clean and had everything one needed to make the stay comfortable. Chantal the owner kept great communication with me and even got us discounts at various excursions! The housekeeper Ingrid was very welcoming and came to meet us even though we got late arriving! Will recommend to everyone and will hopefully be going back again. "

"The place is good cause we needed privacy and away from town, but the place was not clean. In the bathroom the arr spider webs and ant hills under basin. "This is a rustic camp. I stayed at one of the tent cabins. I loved the quiet, solitude and being in the trees. I woke up to birds chirping in the morning and numerous animal noises throughout the day and night with the occasional monkey jumping on the roof. I enjoyed the camping vibe that added to my Africa stay. Andre was a excellent host and helped arrange day trips. My only issue was hot water and I believe Andre fixed that issue."

Once the sun was up I found instructions for turning the cold water on if the power goes out, so we at least got toilets working.
