"The hotel is very well located, just two streets from the ferry port and Charles Binford restaurant street. Reception is on the first floor, with rooms on floors 2 & 3, and a lovely restaurant terrace on the 4th floor which has views of the harbour. There is also a large lounge on the 3rd floor, with kitchen facilities and a wonderful terrace. There is no elevator for guests, but not a problem for most people as they do have a small elevator for your luggage, so no need to drag it up the stairs. The room itself is fairly basic but very comfortable, and with the best hot water supply we experienced during our 10 days in the Galapagos Islands. We had a generous size terrace without sea view, but am interesting view nonetheless. Breakfast was lovely - the lady who served us and prepared the food was delightful. Finally, many thanks to the kind gentleman on reception who assisted us with an issue when we checked-in. Overall we could not be happier with our stay here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
