« This house is an old farm house that has been kind of renovated. It is functional. For us, it served it's purpose. We used it only for sleeping. It was kind of dirty, and smelled funny. We left the windows open all morning and it helped with the smell. BUT, there was lots of flies, and it tooks us about an hour to get ride of them. Beds are comfortable. « My husband and I visited Baker City for a weekend get away to visit family. We stayed at the Palmer House Apt 2. Very clean and comfortable place! We enjoyed the wonderful coffee and fresh baked bread they had for us when we arrived. Prior to our arrival I had a question for our hosts and texted Blake who responded back right away, so communication was great as well. We also had our dog, Steve in tow and he had a great time too! « The house is within walking distance to downtown shops and dining. The kitchen and living room are cute and well stocked for comfort. The beds however were not so comfortable and I'm not used to staying in a house with a basement. »
