« Once you are here, the property is great. The customer service/help with bookings is atrocious. We stayed here once and enjoyed it, tried to stay again and needed help with the booking, and dealing with the owner was horrific. I suppose they are so busy they don’t care. »

« We stayed late March, so off-season - The room was very clean and property was quiet. The staff was very friendly, and the complimentary chocolates were yummy.
We had some issues, but were given a partial refund for those issues at the end, so the resort made it right. That said, it did hamper our experience:
- The exterior light outside our room atop the stairs didn't work, so at night it was quite dark and a bit dangerous.
- TV in the main living area didn't work - no power. The much smaller...
