"It was okay for 1 night stay. Property looked a bit rundown. Direct beach access and very convenient area. Dog fee was charged by weight which is not what was on the description. "

"It was everything we expected it to be and more. A clean room (with supplies), the staff was amazing, they have a hot tub and the balcony was in great view of the beach. My husband and I could t have had a better time (especially with their tiki bar and giant chess board). This is a place you will definitely enjoy. "

"Clean, quiet place to stay. 1st time to Ormond beach - we were looking for a place on the beach in March to avoid the spring break crowd and this delivered. We are beach people and wanted a place to relax at beach all day and easily return to room as needed. Photos were accurate. Parking secure. Kitchen equipped with all basics needed. Pool area was clean and offered games and grill if you wanted. Management was helpful. Ormond beach seemed older to us but safe for a mom and daughter. Not a lot within walking distance but a quick 5 minute drive in the car offered grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Would recommend if you are looking for low key economical get away."

"The good The rooms were cleaned daily, we had a great view of the beach, and while the outside of the hotel looked a little dated the rooms were fairly nice over all. Unfortunately the bad We had one issue with our room, the bathroom door was warped, so sometimes it would close properly, sometimes it would only close with help from someone from the outside, sometimes it just didn’t close at all."
