Chiara welcomed us to the home and prepared a lovely arrival meal which was very welcome after our travels, and she was available during the week to answer any questions and help with anything we needed. However, by then we realised that the downstairs toilet and drains were blocked as were 2 of the upstairs showers. There was no hot water in some.
