"I paid for my room on Expedia. They asked for a credit card for incidentals which is to be expected. I left the room as clean as when I arrived. Then 4 days later I got charged $53.55. I’ve called the hotel 3 times and everytime the clerk says they don’t know why I was charged that and they took my info and said the manager would call me. 3 days later he’s still not called me. I ended up filing a dispute with the credit card company and waiting on them to reimburse my money. "

"They are going through a remodel, so the mess is understandable. But no one told us no one was going to bring towels, etc. In fact, we were given a sheet that said if we didn't want staff changing linens, bringing fresh towels, emptying trash, to put the do not disturb sign on the door. We were also given an envelope to leave a tip in. But when we didn't have any towels after the second day we went to the desk to get some towels and they told us the staff wasn't going to rooms anymore. Felt like we should have been told that up front."
