The house is excellent, but...

We are very satisfied with these house in essence. The indoor pool is super, and we used it many times. The freezer, the kitchen and the dishes were really complete. On the negative side, it should be noted that the blind on the upper terrace is not extendable, so that the blazing sun shines on it all day. The succinct mail from the administrator "there is a parasol" is strange, as this is absolutely no substitute. The house was only apparently clean, the wrong garbage can (with tap) is filled to the top with garbage from the previous tenants and stinks. The nozzles of the dishwasher were completely clogged. It needs one hour to make the grillstation ready for use. And in a house of this price range, at least 1 international TV channel would be desirable.

Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Allerdings war es nicht so sauber. Die Markise ging auch nicht.Würden aber trotzdem wiederkommen.

Belle villa

Propriétaires à l'écoute, très belle villa et emplacement, c'est l'idéal pour des vacances en famille. Je regrette simplement que la conciergerie n'ait pas pris le temps de bien nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison, ce qui m'a valu une douche froide le soir de mon arrivée! Quelques réparations à faire, volets roulants du salon et du jardin, le jacuzzi dans la piscine (c'est dommage j'aurai bien voulu en profiter..) et la fourniture de serviettes au sol, torchons serait la bienvenue. Le trampoline aurait aussi besoin d'une bonne rénovation. Quoi qu'il en soit, je reviendrai très certainement l'année prochaine, la maison est vraiment agréable et les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles.

Une semaine en famille à Baden

Maison parfaite, lumineuse, en totale conformité avec l'annonce, trampoline pour le petit fils, ping pong et piscine pour les autres. Des terrasse pour profiter du soleil breton (mais oui !)Proprietaire sympathique et à l'écoute. Idem pour la conciergerie. Enfin pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas le département, que de balades magnifiques à faire.

Super séjour dans la Villa Kerdelan

Villa au top et conforme à la description. On se sent comme à la maison avec tout le confort et les équipements. La piscine intérieure est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un super séjour au sein de la Villa qui nous a permis de découvrir le Golfe du Morbihan et ses alentours. Le propriétaire Guénolé est très sympathique et de bons conseils tout comme Geneviève qui s'occupe de la conciergerie. Super villa que nous recommandons sans soucis et à laquelle nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour dans une maison extrêmement agréable à vivre

Cette maison est parfaitement située dans le golfe du Morbihan. La vue du salon est magnifique. Très proche de la côte mais aussi de Vannes et des commerces indispensables. Il y a de très bons restaurants à moins de 5 mn en voiture. Elle est confortable et d'une propreté exemplaire avec d'excellents équipements intérieurs et extérieurs. Le propriétaire comme Stéphane du service de conciergerie sont toujours bienveillants, disponibles et réactifs.

Séjour Printemps 2023 en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Guénolé. Elle est très bien équipée pour passer de bons moments en famille. La plage est vraiment proche et accessible à pied ou en vélo. Guénolé a été très disponible tout au long de notre séjour pour répondre à nos questions.
