Très belle hôtel très bien situé avec beaucoup d'histoires de la ville directement dans l'hôtel, employés très professionnels et aidant, toujours là pour nous, (les employés comme toute la ville en allemand, ils parlent pas français dû tout, mais ils se débrouillent très bien en anglais. Nous allons retourner au même endroit, la seule chose que j'ai moins aimé est que nos fenêtres de chambres étaient collé collé sur un imeuble à bureau qui nous voyaient directement dans la chambre Tout le reste est une super, belle ville à avec énormément d'histoire à découvrir

Room was small, the bed the smallest I have been given in 28 years. The whole place was like an industrial complex.

Pretty good hotel with a great location
The hotel has a great location near a train station. However, the hotel had some room for improvement - the staff was sometimes missing from the front desk, we only had one pillow and one bath towel for two people and the window was towards a big hall so we did not have view to outside the hotel. Anyhow, the staff was friendly, breakfast offered fresh foods and the room was relatively comfortable.

Great location. Loved the bed and room in general. Would have given a excellent rating except for the light smell of machine oil. The facility is a renovated electrical parts manufacturing facility (which is actually pretty cool).

Breakfast choice very limited. Website advertises fitness facilities and implies they are part of the hotel which they are not. They are a private gym facility a few doors away for which a day pass costs 27 Swiss francs ( about £25). Very misleading misleading as I chose the hotel on the basis of location but also that that there were fitness facilities in the hotel.

a gem in little Baden
I arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and it took me a bit to find the right entrance - but once inside, I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel has character, it is clean, the check-in staff was very nice and friendly - certainly exceeded my expectations.

Centrally located in Baden, within walking distance to many good restaurants. This building is an old transformer factory. The inside still has the overhead crane and steel beams. Part of the town's manufacturing history. The building has been remodeled very well and is very clean. Great breakfast, too.

We really liked this hotel in the town center. Very modern and clean. Good buffet breakfast and nice staff. The bed was great and the bedding very soft. Great bathroom products too. Only downside, expensive parking garage but free overnight parking is available on street.

Best hotel on this 11 day European trip. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room, unfortunately there was none.

Post industrial style hotel
Good location close to everything in Baden. The hotel has a post-industrial style, which is interesting without being too intrusive. The rooms have a modern design and are comfortable. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

A Very nice hotel with some history
Overall , the visit was great , Albeit this place is with a minimal design , it is very welcoming , the check in was speedy and I got the room . I also got a nice discount for close restaurants, most of the stay went well, what hindered the experience a little was the WiFi in the room which started with a bang , along with a great smart TV , which , after an hour, slowed down till a near halt . The service person was indeed courteous and kind and attempted a remote reset which did not solve the problem. She indeed offered to come to the room and check the problem out , yet the time was very late and I forfeited the effort, which is a pity . other than that , the Hotel has a nice history , this was the original Trafo Electrical Transformers factory in Switzerland, and has a HUGE volume , divided to a great hall , a hotel , a small convention/ party center and a facility which hosts restaurants/ movie theater and a pub. All in a "minimalism" design , which is an eye freshener. breakfast was great and had it all ,albeit being hosted in a small area. a Very professional and prompt crew. a very wide and comfortable bed which was great for our last night's stay.

It was ok for business. However, health club was not included in the room rate, no fridge in the room or tea/ coffee making facilities. Breakfast was continental and no option of hot full breakfast.

Sadly, they do not have the capability to allow cash back. I needed the equivalent of 3€ for the bus to get to town, and I couldn't get it done/they couldn't do it. In the end I had to pay 17€ for a taxi because I couldn't get to a bank machine to take out the small amount of funds necessary. This would be a huge convenience to their foreign guests that they are aware about, but have done nothing to allow for the (common) situation. Also, the thermostat in my room was broken and it was never fixed during my stay, nor did they move me to an available alternate room.
