"On arrival, despite having a booking confirmed by Expedia there was no room available. The hotel claimed they had refused the booking and told Expedia they were full. They showed a hand written note on the booking from Expedia claiming they had mailed them to refuse the booking. Either Expedia or the hotel are to blame, I cannot prove who - but I ended up with no room available and had to make rapid changes to my plans !!!"
