"Stayed here 3 nights with my husband. It’s a decent hotel! It does show its age though. The actual room was nice and clean. Check in wasnt smooth but it wasnt the staffs fault, Im guessing they were having some issues. I enjoyed the fitness area one of the nights. only complaints I have is that the Ice machine by our room was broken and the soda machine was all out of stock. Upside is It was only like a 2-5 min walk to the beach. So if youre more on a budget this one would work!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place hotel. The room was very nice and the ocean front view was perfect. My only complaint would be that the sleep sofa mattress was very thin and not comfortable to sleep on. Other than that our stay was great. I would definitely stay again!!"

"I visited this property for the first time and I might say it made an lasting impression on me and my family. The staff was welcoming and awesome from the front desk to maintenance/room service. I will definitely will be returning for my next visit to VA Beach! And might I add, the breakfast food was like no other complimentary breakfast I have had. The eggs were very well cooked and seasoned. No salt or pepper needed. It was so fresh and they also kept the stations cleaned and filled when needed. A 5-star is an under rating for this hotel. Keep up the GREAT work Country Inn!!!"

"I have stayed at the Schooner Inn several times in the past 2 years traveling between Greenville, NC and Dover, DE to visit family. It is a great location and convenient to restaurants. The room is clean and very comfortable. One of my favorite restaurants is the Waterman’s Grill and is walking distance. Strongly recommend staying here."

"Hotel was very nice; location was excellent to surrounding activities. Downside did have to pay additional fees to park in hotel parking garage. Hotel did have a water issue the first night of stay where the water was shut off for a short time. Room was clean with the exception of housekeeping didn't vacuum/sweep the floors on a daily basis. We did have an issue with our room refrigerator, but the evening maintenance man quickly rectified the situation. My major complaint with the room was the bed frame was larger than the mattress and boxspring, so it stuck out further which caused a tripping hazard. Overall, it was a great place to stay."
