"The Manor is tastefully decorated. The artwork is all researchable with interesting stories. 360 degree second story deck views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, San Louis Valley and all the way across the valley you can see the San Juan mountains. The Manor is so close to the Sangre de Cristo mountains that you can see the green valleys in between the layers of mountains. We truly enjoyed everything this place had to offer. It was beautiful, clean, and had all the comforts of home. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We spent two relaxing nights in Baca Grande, a charming community nestled within Crestone. Our host, Merrin, was fantastic – always prompt and helpful with any questions. The house was perfectly equipped with a beautiful patio and stunning mountain vista. Crestone, a short drive away, is a quaint old mining town brimming with character. We thoroughly enjoyed wandering its streets and soaking in its unique atmosphere. Here's a local tip: if you need groceries, head to the Mercantile for better prices. Our main adventure was exploring Great Sand Dunes National Park, a true natural wonder just an hour away. We also experienced the hot springs in the area. Hopper Hot Springs offered a lively atmosphere with a large pool, perfect for families. However, for a more relaxing experience, we opted for the adults-only Greenhouse with its delicious food (entrance fee applies). If you prefer a smaller, less commercial hot spring experience, Joyful Journey might be a good alternative."

"If you are looking to get away from it all, unplug, unwind, or just see the millions of stars, this is your place! Being able to bring our 2 dogs with us was just the bonus we needed to book. The price, including all fees was reasonable and beat out other homes we looked into. Ted communicated all the details we needed before we even left home. He answered questions in a timely manner. Everything we needed was provided! Board games, card games, soap, shampoo, appliances, cookware, even a washer and dryer. 15 minutes to 2 different grocery stores. 1 hour to the Sand Dunes or Alamosa if you need some bigger city items or entertainment."

"This was perfect for our family, as five bedrooms (and the washer/dryer) came in handy. The binder on the property was great, and we liked Crestone and the surrounding area a lot. It was a bit of a drive to the Sand Dunes entrance, but we knew that ahead of time, and the location worked well."
