"Overall, this is a very neat place. The room was comfortable and the hot tub idea is pretty cool! I was a bit disappointed when we when to use the plates only to find them dirty. Not dusty dirty, but clearly not washed. I would also suggest doing something about the entrance door squeak. Otherwise 4/5. "

"Extremely disappointing stay. Not worth the money. No. My first room was dirty and not ready even hours after I reported it. There is no functioning AC in the building at all, and I was told to “crack the window” if I got hot. I was never informed there was no AC prior to booking or upon arrival. There were multiple maintenance issues, including broken and leaking toilets, missing amenities, and a window that would not open. There is also only one elevator for the entire hotel, and it malfunctioned while I was riding in it. After that, I used the stairs for the remainder of my stay."

"Reserved a king, went up to the room to discover 2 queens. Front desk said it was changed prior to check-in due to being "over sold". I was never notified. They wouldn't offer a discount because the two rooms were technically the same price. The room didn't have a lot of convenient options for outlets near the beds. Average cleanliness, average condition. Hampton Inns are starting to decline in quality. Breakfast was ok, not as good as other locations. We won't be going back to that location, and we might start staying at a different chain. We weren't as impressed with Hampton Inn the past year or so, and this location clinched it for us."

"I had reserved an accessible room with wheel-in shower. When I checked in I learned that room wasn't available nor any other accessible room. The only room available was inaccessible. It was late and I had no choice but to stay there. I was told I'd be moved to accessible room the next day, which did occur but it had a tub with shower chair. The first shower chair was missing a rubber tip on one of the legs and another one was cracked. I did get a replacement the next day. The automatic window shade didn't work and it took 3 times before it was repaired. The breakfast was the same each day and the hot food was mediocre. The toaster had no tabs for the settings."

"I stayed at this hotel for 7nights 8days as we are Diamond Plus Members. I did not book through IGH and immediately regretted not doing so. The pool was not open all week. I could not get my room cleaned or fresh towels unless I threw them outside of my door and even then i had to request new towels or fresh garbage bags to be put in. The sink was clogged but the gentleman fixed it immediately. Problem is, he left the black gunk all over the sink and floor. No one came to clean that up. The shower pressure was not there. I will say the hot water was center-of-the-sun hot. I was leaving early in the morning and there was no more half and half for the coffee. When I asked the person on duty if there was any more she said we don't put it out and proceeded to ask why so many people were leaving as early as we were. It doesn't matter! Just get the creamer for us. Thank goodness there is an IHop just across the parking lot. Breakfast was ok. It was the same thing every single day. Sometimes it was good and others it was awful tasting. The coffee was excellent. Loved the cinnamon rolls, the room has a microwave and fridge, and parking was adequate. The best part was Target and Ihop being within walking distance."
