« I came to SML for a quick hiking trip and this condo was perfect for my stay. It was so cute with a nice view overlooking the lake. Perfect place if you're traveling solo like I was or for a couple's trip. The hosts were so kind, responded quickly and also gave great recommendations when I asked about suggestions for dining options. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. »

« The property decking was rotten at places and dangerous. Railing at stairs were broken and falling apart. I fell due to no leaf removal. Washer broken on arrival, blind broken next to fireplace. Cobwebs throughout property. Not impressed with property at all. Also, Bernard’s landing had a card inside to rent from them directly for 30% discount which is a problem for VRBO. I have been using VRBO for years and never this dissatisfied with a property. Definitely not impressed »

« I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. Nowhere does it mention there are 18 steep steps to entry. The apt building is surrounded by a huge green construction dumpster, a church located in a modular house and active...
