« This property definitely needs some TLC. The deck is falling apart and very unstable. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen. I would not recommend to anyone that has children due to several safety issues. »

Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. « What a great space! We had a family get together for my mom’s 80th birthday and this was a perfect location for it! We had envisioned sitting outside by the lake, playing some cornhole, fishing off the dock and letting the kids run around and tire themselves out. Unfortunately it rained all day. « Wi-Fi is slow, but you aren't vacationing near Letchworth right if you need Wi-Fi anyway. Our water ran out after two days, and we tried to conserve on showers. Location is great for access to anywhere in Letchworth about 15-20 minutes drive. Limited gas for heat and cooking, but not a problem if you go in the summer. Parking was easy and enough for two vehicles if need be. Easy access to silver lake. Communication with hosts was very efficient and they were very responsive. »

« Maria is an amazing host to a beautiful property! Check-in was seamless, the property was very clean, easy to access, and the view of the lake was breathtaking.
