A prime neighborhood location between the ocean and sound provides plenty of options to fill your days; your only decision is which direction will be calling you first. Both your kids and furry dog friends will appreciate the fenced-in backyard for fun and games. You’ll love the shaded lower-level high-top tables and chairs to keep an eye on the action happening in the brand-new saltwater swimming pool and 6-person hot tub. A half-bath and outdoor shower are conveniently close by, and a washer/dryer is located on the ground level as well. Climb the stairs to the first level and discover a screened-in porch, a nostalgic harbinger of what you’ll find inside — a wood-beamed ceiling that inspires a camp-like ambiance. Make no mistake though, the completely updated kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops, and soft-close cabinets is a contemporary delight for prepping meals. So is the large Smart TV, providing the ability to stream your favorite show in the comfort of a nicely furnished great room. The adults in your group may want to claim this space as their own as two master bedrooms — an ensuite king and ensuite queen — occupy this level as well.
