Nestled in a private, gated community just off the main street, this townhouse-style unit offers two bedrooms (a king-size bed in the master on the main floor and a versatile full/twin combo bunk bed with a twin trundle in the second bedroom). The master bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the downstairs bathroom boasts a shower/bath combo and private vanity sinks in the dressing area. It comfortably sleeps 5-6, but it's perfect for two couples or a small family. Fully furnished, it includes three flat-screen TVs, a well-equipped kitchen with Viking appliances, high-speed wireless internet, satellite TV, and top-quality bed linens and towels. Our two-level rooftop deck is a culinary haven, featuring a built-in stainless steel barbecue, counter, mini-fridge, and sink. We brought our almost 2 year old who is on the go, and 99% of the homes there are 2-3 stories so be aware of the stairs, we brought a baby gate we could transfer between stair cases, unfortunately didn’t fit on the roof so we stayed on second floor majority of the time. We’d never been before and the location of this property was amazing - so close to the beach and to all that Avila had to offer. Also an easy trip to SLO and Pismo and Morro Bay - all places we were able to check out while here. Place was very clean and well stocked with all you could need for a stay. Directions and check in were super easy. We left very happy. My only complaint is that there was a lot of construction happening immediately near us (specifically on the roof next door) so sleeping in was not an option. Fortunately, we have young kids and are up early anyway so it didn’t matter a ton, but it was still a nuisance. Noise started at 7am during the week, and it was consistent all morning and very loud. I realize this isn’t the rental’s fault and we booked ages ago, so we can’t blame anyone, really! But it would have just been nice to get a heads up in advance. The patio off the kitchen and the dining/grill on the roof were a hit for all of us. We loved being able to park in the garage, easily and safely store our wetsuits, surfboards and boogie boards and making the very short walk to the beach, coffee and restaurants. The house was perfect! Plenty of room for the four of us. The outdoor seating and amenities were perfect. Highly recommend.Seven Sisters did a great job with communications and information to make check-in/out easy. You are steps from the beach and a small assortment of restaurants and other stores. There's a great kids part a block away. The unit has garage parking so you're off the street and the unit itself was very nice, no complaints! The property management company was also great, with automated alerts and very proactive communication.
