"This is our second time staying there and both times were very pleasant. It's walkable to most everything. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The towels and bed linens are very nice and the wifi is great."

"Julia the hotel the receptionist. Very young person. Help us. Told her. My wife and I are seniors. I Didn't say too much. Anyway don't know this place. She booked us on 3rd floor room #180. My wife has trouble walking. We have our dining reservations for 5:30. All the inconvenience of the staff, the pick up on the golf cart waiting 35 minutes. Anyway we settled down, because we had a wonderful dinner for my 73rd birthday"

"I go at least twice a year, I never want to stay at another hotel while visiting Pismo! I love how the edgewater is on the beach! Once you park you never need to drive anywhere! You have the beach right there, pool, jacuzzi, shopping, restaurants, market, literally within walking distance! And the staff is always so friendly, accommodating, and I love how they text you so if you need anything the staff is within your fingertips! I have no complaints! I love the edgewater I’ll be back sooner! I’ve been twice this year and I’ll be back in November! But who’s complaining? Not me !! I can’t wait to come back!"

"Enjoyed the ocean view from our room and I used the exercise room and the pool. It would be nice to see a little Greenery around the pool it was quite stark without a lot of shade. Definitely an older Vibe here! A good place to come when you need a couple of days of doing nothing. The small area with shops and pier just down the road was pleasant but very small."
