Conveniently located just 5 miles from Downtown and 4.2 miles from Austin Airport, our property offers easy access to city excitement. Plus, a convenience store is just 0.4miles away. Enjoy our beautiful home with a view of the large trees in the backyard. Relax in the spacious living room and cook in the well-equipped kitchen. The house has four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room has one bed (full size). For your security, we have exterior cameras at the backyard and driveway Discover the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, where diversity and excitement intertwine at every corner. From the eclectic atmosphere of South Congress Avenue, with its vintage shops, restaurants, and live music, to the serenity of Lady Bird Lake, where you can walk, bike, or simply relax by the water. Immerse yourself in the creative energy of Zilker Park, home to the famous Austin City Limits (ACL) Festival, with its hiking trails, picnic areas, and beautiful botanical gardens. At night, the iconic 6th Street comes alive with its lively nightlife, full of bars, clubs, and live music. This property has a loft next to it, which both share the parking space but they have two different private doors to access. Guests will be staying in a full house with 4 bedrooms (i.e. hairdryer, iron). \*This listing is a full house with 4 bedrooms (4 full size beds) and 3 bathrooms \* Wifi (300 Mbps) besides a space in each room perfect for a home office. 65” TV with Amazon Fire Tv included ( is in the living room) In addition to the room, guests also have access to a spacious and beautiful living area. All appliances (including microwave, blender, and fridge) in the kitchen are usable by guests and if you need help feel free to ask. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself. "Children are welcome; family supervision required." 🔸Laundry room is not available. 🔸Late checkouts will incur a fee of $50 🔸No unregistered guest (Any unregistered guest will bring an $35 fee each one and for each day staying without registration) 🔸Any smoking odor or smell left inside the property will bring a $100 fee for the extra cleaning needed. 🔸No pets (No animals due to allergies) 🔸If the TV control remote gets lost, the replacement will have a $50 cost 🔸No parties 🔸House not child-proofed; supervision required for kids 🔸No unregistered guests.
