It’s truly lakefront and was well appointed with everything you might need. The views are hard to beat. There are many places, balconies and terraces to just hang out. We didn’t travel with any kids but did see two bunk beds that would be perfect for a family vacation with little ones. The property manager was also very responsive when we had questions. The home has a great layout and the kitchen is well equipped for in house cooking. This part of the lake is quiet and very peaceful. We brought our boat and were able to use the dock and lift. The property is close enough to Austin to enjoy all the city things, and far enough away to escape the crowds and enjoy the lake. The dock and waterfront area are amazing. The house is beautiful and has multiple balconies, TVs, plenty of beds and couches, and tons of amenities that make this an above average rental property. Extremely well-maintained and highly recommended - would come back in a heartbeat. ##### Colton S. We had from AZ, CO, and Houston and there was something for everyone to love! House is spacious and had everything we needed. Very organized, living spaces for with room for all, and location was great! We were able to rent boats with captains through local companies and the amazing two story dock house made for easy pic up to surf wake and sunbathing on beautiful spot on Lake Austin. Water was wonderful and cool making swimming and paddle boarding refreshing on hot Texas days... Views from balcony and bedrooms facing water never disappointed.
