My family of 4 booked a room last minute and feel like we stumbled upon a rare gem! All the staff here are so warm and helpful, and our room was beautifully decorated, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a gorgeous view of Bushy Creek and the sunset from our balcony. The bar is great too, and we ordered drinks and snacks to enjoy poolside. It’s very convenient to downtown Round Rock where there are lots of additional dining options. We will definitely stay here again when in the Austin area!

Quaint, quiet, great location, check in completely before arrival. Rooms are clean, lots of space, and cute little balcony overlooking brushy creek. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here when in the area again

The bar staff were amazing. We did constantly kill bugs in our room, so that was creepy and is the only reason I probably would not return.

Great location. The only down fall was that there was very little parking and the view to the creek is not the same in every room Other thank that the staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean.

There was great communication and the staff was really helpful. The room was modern and clean. If your looking for a comfortable bed this is it. I slept like a baby!

Unfortunately, it is nothing like advertised. The “creek view” room I paid extra for was actually a view of an old storage building. You could see the creek if you leaned waaaayyyy over the balcony and looked far to the left. No room service. Extremely limited breakfast menu. No elevator. Parking is far away from the 2 nd building where our room was located and not very well lit at all. The lamp didn’t work in our room. It was dusty and very stingy on the linens. Thankful, the night clerk carried our big suitcase up two flights of stairs. This is the only good thing I can say about this place. A HUGE disappointment.

We stayed here for Valentine’s Day. It was very secluded and romantic! The drinks at the bar on property are delicious, and they had games available to play. Really wonderful place for young couples.

I loved the view from our balcony getting to watch the egrets and ducks. The room had an aesthetic that was pleasing and original. I liked the bench with the table for extra seating. I liked the fluffy pillows. The mattress was not comfortable though and caused my husband a backache.

Horrible place!!
I arrived at 1230a, exhausted from a late day of travel. The front lobby was locked up and dark. I called the main number and it promoted me to “text this number for after hour check in”. I texted over and over for 45 minutes and nobody answered. I ended up getting a room nearby. When I woke up, there was still no reply and they haven’t replied still. What kind of horrible place is this?!?

This properties at an excellent location. The property design and facilities are nice. The properties a bit dated. The hot water failed so we’re unable to take hot showers. The facility was unresponsive and dealing with this issue, and they still have not responded to my request for conversations with management
