The Space: A private retreat designed for groups who want the luxury of space without losing the intimacy of connection. Two fully equipped homes, layered outdoor living areas, and carefully curated details create the feeling of your own boutique resort in the heart of Austin. The Front House Step inside to an open kitchen, dining area, and light-filled living room made for gathering. On the ground floor, you’ll find the primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath, plus a stylish half bath for convenience. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with twin beds - along with a shared full bath. A full kitchen, washer, and dryer finish out the home. The Back House Set just beyond the shared yard, the guest home offers its own full kitchen, living space, washer, dryer, and 2 bedrooms - one queen and one with twin beds - plus a full bath.
