Strategic location: only 2 miles from downtown , 10 minutes from Austin Airport, with direct connection to 6th Sttreet ,Rainey Street, South congress, UT Austin , The Capitol and the Convention Center. Walks and views at Lady Bird Lake and the Boardwalk, perfect for hiking and those Social Media level up, 2 furnished bedrooms with unique Caribbean Style and top level free Wifi. Neighborhood wasn’t family friendly. Block parties with enough weed smoke to get a contact high loud music all the while hanging out by our car. Overwhelming strong order of mold to the point we left after two nights. Questioning Vrbo’s standards.

Even though the apartment was clean, it smelled very strongly of smoke. There was an abundance of people lingering outside the apartment and near the cars partying/smoking/drinking. Not necessarily a family friendly complex. I cancelled my stay due to this and stayed at a hotel in Austin (received partial refund).
