The lake is beautiful, but it is not a constant-level lake. If you are looking to bring a boat, we highly suggest checking the lake levels through the LCRA for Lake Travis (Mansfield). Boat Ramps are open when the level is below 679\` msl (mean sea level) and Boat Parking is open when lake levels are below 675\` msl.  
  
ILT Main Boat Ramp:  
Available only when the lake level is 666’ MSL to 679\` MSL.  
Ramp closes when water exceeds 679\` MSL due to flooding  
Ramp closes when water drops below 666\` MSL due to accessibility  
  
ILT Low Water Ramp:  
Available only when the lake level is 643\` MSL to 658\` MSL.  
Ramp becomes visible when water drops below 661\` MSL
