Natiivo has a modern feel to it. The staff were friendly/helpful. I was happy that there was a coffee shop/bar located on the property. Walkable to Rainey Street. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which is located on the 33rd floor. Negative: no umbrella's to shade yourself from the sun. Our unit was a condo located on the 24th floor which was nice. The main room was large. Negative: Our room faced the fwy. I had trouble sleeping due to the traffic noise from the fwy which was through the night. The pillows were very firm and thick. No hooks to hang your towels after you shower. I would stay there again but would request a unit that wasn't facing the fwy. Place is nice and comfy overall. We had roaches in our room, light bulbs that needed to be replaced and the customer service rep said well it’s that time of the year. And then wouldnt move us or do anything at all about the roaches. People at the front desk are also useless and refuse to help with anything at all. The room was comfortable overall but the bedroom was dark and poorly lit, had a locker room odor and had a lot of road noise from the highway close by. Furnishings are low end and little decoration. The location is good if you want to be close to RAiney Street. It’s kind of in an urban no man’s land area but you can quickly walk to other areas. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. I booked a room through Hotels.com, and based on the description and photos, I was led to believe it would include a balcony. However, upon arrival, I was given a room without one. Neither Hotels.com nor the property, Natiivo, was willing to take responsibility or resolve the issue. Natiivo claimed they couldn’t do anything since their rooms are booked through third-party platforms, even after I showed them screenshots of the listing. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to address the problem from both parties was incredibly disappointing—I felt like neither Hotels.com nor Natiivo cared or wanted to take accountability. The room itself was just okay. The bedding could have been better, though the cleanliness was decent. However, the windows weren’t soundproof, so I could constantly hear traffic from the expressway, which was disruptive and not something I’m accustomed to. Without a balcony, I felt claustrophobic, especially since that was a key expectation for my stay. This property is in a great location for my event at the conference center. Everything was walkable, even with construction in the area. The Royal Blue Market was just a few minutes walk, so I could stock my studio easily. The staff was friendly, and I felt safer because they were always aware of who was coming and going. I enjoyed the fitness center as well as the pool area - great amenities. The studio itself was clean, had all the necessities, and had plenty of room for a solo traveller. Having in-room washer/dryer was a bonus for sure!
