Everything was great! She had all you needed even down to extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels! I would definitely stay here again.

Felt like home

The home was just what we were looking for. It was tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and the check in process was easy. Loved the water pressure in the shower!

Great location for Circuit of the Americas and a long weekend in Austin. Cute house, very clean

Enjoyed our stay at the house, it was very clean, nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable! We really enjoyed the house. Location a little far from downtown so you definitely need a car.

Family time in ATX

The property was great. Home was as listed on the website and had all the amenities needed. We were visiting family in Austin and the property was easy to get to and centrally located for convenience to soco, downtown, and parks. Definitely will be using again.

Cozy and clean

The house was very clean, very cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. It was the right size for our group. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic place and hostess!

This home is absolutely beautiful, the renovations are gorgeous! The deck and backyard are beautiful as well. The location was close to restaurants, parks, and activities. We had a wonderful time in the beautiful gathering spaces in the home. The kitchen was well stocked, and everything was wonderful, clean and inviting.

Amazing house, location and hostess

The location of this property was exactly where we needed to be , close to restaurants, parks and activities. The house is beautiful and set up so well. It has a great open space for gathering and hanging out. It is very well kept and meticulously clean, with everything you need for cooking and setting up a fun family meal together. The backyard is lovely as well. We had such a wonderful stay and appreciated the flexibility and kindness of our hostess.

Absolutely everything you would possibly need is available at this property. Fully equiped with things you will need. Very clean, exactly as advertised. The host literally thought of everything! The location is also amazing for exploring Austin. It was 10 to 15 minutes from everything we did locally, and within an hour of everything we did in the area. Wonderful stay!

Easy peasy

Everything about our stay was easy! It was our first family vacation with young kids and this property served as a great central point for all of the places we wanted to go. It was easy to go home and have a nap/down time if we needed to as everything was pretty much 10 minutes away. We had no issues and didn’t even need to reach out to the property managers. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Austin. Thank you!

Family Fun Weekend!

It was close to all the things we wanted to do like visit the Congress Avenue Bridge for the bat flight. Also hiking at McKinney Falls State Park and Barton Springs. We were able to watch some fun movies every night after cooking meals in the well supplied kitchen. Only comment about the advertising is the futon wasn't really a great fit for two adults. One adult or two kids would be best. Thank you!

Comfy home away from home

Loved the house. Looks to be recently renovated so everything is up to date. Kitchen is well equipped, AC worked great (it was super hot out) comfy living room and bedroom. It's clean, quiet, and safe. Check in process was easy. The only downside was I thought there were 2 full bathrooms and there is only 1.5.... but that could have been my misunderstanding. I would totally book again.

Great stay with family!

Really close to the places we wanted to see, the bats under the Congress Avenue bridge, hiking at McKinney Falls State Park and Barton springs trails, yummy coffee shops nearby too. Comfy beds but I think the futon could only hold two children not two adults. Great kitchen, I cooked a lot for the family and everything was there I needed. Stayed up late watching movies on the TV! Owner was available when needed and helped us check-in early! Thanks :)

Wonderful place, highly recommend

While the weather wasn’t nice (so much rain!) for our Austin stay, the rental made the trip great. They had a high chair, jumper, baby toys and utensils. Owner was communicative and welcoming. Open space, comfortable beds, fenced in back yard a plus. Nice linens, high pressure shower and quality toiletries made stay feel like we were getting pampered. All the kitchen needs provided. Everything very clean. Definitely recommend. Our 8 month old and 3 year loved it!

Convenient location but not clean

The pictures tell a different story than the stay. The place has nice amenities and decor. It’s in a marginal neighborhood but conveniently located to the freeways. The check in and communication was transferred off system to evolve Management so don’t expect to communicate on the platform. As a property manager and host, I prefer to stay on system with communication in case there’s an issue. The biggest disappointment we had was the bathroom and the floors were very dirty. The shower has grime and hair and dust all around. The floors were also very dirty throughout the home. Since they are very dark wood it’s hard to see but when you walk around in socks it’s very obvious as the bottoms show a lot. It appears as though they don’t use professional cleaners or they do a very poor job. Dust was also an issue on the fixtures, etc.
