We walked several times to South Congress and took walks in the local park near the house. The rooftop patio would be a lovely hangout in Spring, Summer or Fall but it was a little too cold for us to use it on this trip. The home is stylishly designed and furnished and is well equipped to do some cooking. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were friendly. We would definitely come back. ##### Annelise K. And the location was perfect--a close walk to parks and South Congress but an incredibly quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood. The property was walking distance to HEB and a few restaurants. The property was incredibly clean and quiet and we loved spending nights on the rooftop even in the July heat. The property manager was quick to respond to inquiries before arrival and graciously allowed us to drop our bags off prior to actual check-in. The ONLY downside to the property was the driveway. We had several ubers a day and only one of them the entire weekend would attempt the rocky steep driveway. We did not at all mind the walk down the driveway but if you are disabled, on crutches, or have some ambulatory issue this may be an issue for you.
