It's nestled in North Central Austin & is conveniently located to lots of fun attractions. Just a short drive to the TX Capitol building (6.5 miles to downtown) and a quick shot to UT (5.3 miles). It boasts an upstairs balcony off the master bedroom, a colorful and fun atmosphere to relax and recuperate from enjoying the amazing city of Austin! The space: The unit has a private laundry for use, a workspace, a fully loaded kitchen for any cooking you would like to do as well as seating on the balcony and patio. Things to keep in mind: Check-in: After 4:00 PM Checkout: 11:00 AM Self-check-in with keypad House Rules: There will be a $250 fine for breaking the following house rules. • Having a pet on the property • No drugs or smoking • No parties or events You must also acknowledge: • Must climb stairs - Bedrooms/Bathroom and Laundry on 2nd Floor Guest access The unit will have 2 designated parking spots for guest use and their vehicles. They're the 3rd and 4th spots from the left of the driveway and will be labeled for the unit you will be staying in. We're available by phone throughout your stay. The best way to get ahold of me for non-urgent needs is by text. Other things to note: Close by eats and things>>>>> An easy drive to both Duval Biscuits and Groovy and the very yummy The Omelettry (under 3 miles :) For a nice dinner, Contigo is fun, lively and just a short drive away. Don't forget to save time and experience an Austin gem while in town. Sahara Lounge offers unique Austin nightlife and live music (7.1 miles). Little Longhorn Saloon is another entertaining Austin hot spot offering a unique experience with Chicken-poop bingo and live music every Sunday (only 3 miles)!!! When i told the property manager they said they would take care of it but never did. This property is in an unasafe neighborhood and I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend anyone to use thus property. ##### Jr V. Séjour de 28 nuits en février 2024
