Violations of these rules will be handled according to the terms of your agreement. \* ⁠Events occurring outside the walls of our house are beyond the control of the Host. •Damage Waiver OR Security Deposit: As part of our booking policy, we require a refundable security deposit of $300 or a damage waiver fee of $35 non refundable to cover any unforeseen incidents. This must be paid before your check-in. \* ⁠The Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to address any issues.
