Dogs are allowed with prior approval and a one time $200 pet fee. A beautiful remodeled home overlooking a small private lake. Enjoy the view from the deck, and still have easy highway access to downtown and the Domain. Home has 5 beds and sleeps up to 8 adults or 10 guests total. For the families, we have a pack and play, a high chair, as well as a few toys and games for the kids. The 2200sqft home has gorgeous stained concrete flooring throughout, updated kitchen & bathrooms, huge deck, and a sunroom facing the lake with lots of windows. The kitchen is stunning with all stainless steel appliances, gas range, granite, and glass tile. The bathrooms have custom glass tile tub & shower surrounds, granite counter tops and custom sink vessels. Of course the home has central air and heat throughout as well as ceiling fans in each room. The living room has plenty of seating, and the dining room accommodates up to 8 adults. The large deck has plenty of seating with a patio table and chairs. It truly is a beautiful view - especially at sunset! Please note that the fireplace is decorative only, and the garage is a small 1 car garage. The home has a maximum occupancy of 8 adults and 10 people total. City of Austin has an occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults. Minimum age requirement of 25 years old. Cats are not allowed; dogs are allowed with prior approval and additional fee. The neighborhood pool, playground, tennis, and volleyball courts are only available for guests staying 30 days or longer. The small lake behind the home is privately owned and although it provides a beautiful view for your stay, guests are not allowed to go on the lake unless they join the recreation center. Minimal, we live a few houses away. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a surprising lake view for being in Austin. It's tucked away yet close to major highways. It has been replaced and was in great condition. Sadly, we were here during the weekend of Hurricane Harvey so we didn't get to enjoy the BBQ or outside much. That being said, there is a huge TV, great kitchen, fast internet and comfortable furniture. You can congregate in the living room or spread out. We had one (very minor) issue with the front door and Greg was super responsive and it was fixed in minutes. You are 5 minutes away from some fantastic new neighborhoods (north end I think) and with that you get new options for shopping and restaurants. Great owner, great house, great neighborhood. The deck and outside area of the house is in need of repair with rotting wood in several areas. The fence is falling down and was somewhat over grown. The pictures seem to have been taken quite some time ago. The grill area pictured in the photos did not exist. In its place was a rusting small grill. We had specifically planned to grill for our group and were not able to cook all the food in one batch. The information we were given upon arrival says that you may have trouble with the toilets stopping up and we did. Relaxing and truly home away from home! ##### Jose G. ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Maya P. 6 juin 2017 #### Perfect for a large family Our family was in austin for my youngest brother's graduation, and needed a place that could accommodate our family of 9! this house was perfect! The view was gorgeous from the backyard deck, and the house was updated and comfortable. Everything was super clean! The indoor hot tub was a great plus as it was raining all weekend, and we couldn't really do any other outdoor activities. All the appliances are new, and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and well stocked. Overall it's a great home for a large family located in a gem of a neighborhood. ##### Maya P. We were in town for a family wedding and the location was ideal. We have a son in a wheelchair and the house was open and easy for him to get in and out and around. We loved the concrete floor. We were going to use the hot tub but it was low on water and my husband thought it was leaking. Overall we had a great time and we enjoyed your beautiful home. ##### Pat K.
