Jun 9, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Good value for the stay The property is a nice place to crash at when you are visiting Austin and need to be close to the convention center. The space was clean. The living room and kitchen are not very spacious but decent sized. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook a few meals. The 3 bedrooms are all well sized. The master bath is quite spacious. All rooms had clean sheets and some closet space. Master bedroom did not exactly have a closet but had a rack to keep your stuff on and a pole to hang clothes from. The mattresses were comfortable. The air conditioners worked quite well and we didn't feel the outside heat. Overall the house was nice and clean. The host Neal was very nice and accommodating. Instructions were easy to follow and Neal was quite responsive. I would definitely consider staying here again when I'm back. ##### Soniya A. It was perfectly sized for the 6 of us and really close to restaurants and food on/near Caesar Chavez but also great location to get to downtown or lady bird trails.
