Walk to Barton Springs/Zilker Park Welcome to Dylan's Zilker Retreat! A one-bedroom flat located in the heart of the highly coveted Zilker neighborhood. Less than a block away you will find Barton Springs Pool, Lady Bird Lake trail, UMLAUF Sculpture Garden & Museum, and Zilker Park - home to SXSW and ACL music festivals! South Lamar, South Congress, Downtown, The Capitol, and Rainey Street District are all just a quick walk, scooter, or bike ride away. I look forward to hosting you here in the great city of Austin, TX! This flat was professionally designed and renovated in 2022\. It contains luxury vinyl flooring, contemporary fixtures, and has a clean, modern look. It also contains all brand new furniture from May 2022 as well. It is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom that can sleep up to 5 comfortably. This condominium is one of four in a one-story building. It is an end unit which means it only shares one wall with unit #3\. All areas inside the condo are completely private, including the backyard. The location is great too. But, we were disappointed because we booked it especially for the hot tub. It took a full 24 hours to get hot, losing the opportunity to use it for a whole day of our stay. Then, once we finally got in- it lost over 10 degrees after just 30 minutes of use and wasn't fun anymore. The weather was only in the 50s and 60s, not crazy cold.I think the host should keep the heat on for guests to enjoy the first day. ##### Devin A. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, and walked to Zilker Park several times. Very accessible to downtown Austin and everything there. Very clean and exactly as advertised. I forgot to get creamer before arriving and was so relieved to find some creamer. That is my favorite touch for rentals. I booked this property on a whim not even realizing how close it was to everything we planned in downtown Austin. Great back yard and jacuzzi for hanging out and relaxing. Unfortunately, since we were here during a heat wave we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard. You can walk to Barton Springs and several other zilker park walking trails. Quick host response and very thankful he asked if we needed anything before arriving. ##### Katie C. Great location, comfortable king bed and queen pull out sofa bed, big yard, soothing hot tub, fun putting green, covered patio and outdoor lighting for outdoor eating or cocktails, washer and dryer, walk to Barton springs, Zilker park and trails, sculpture garden, on site parking spaces and close to restaurants, coffee and juice cafes and bars. Our 3 Mile run took us into the heart of downtown Austin and after exploring the city we chose to walk back one day and had immediate rideshare options when we stayed downtown for dinner the next day.
