Easy check in and out. Clean. Quiet. I asked for a pillow and i was just told "no". Left out my room shortly after and she was there with pillows and then provided me with one, not knowing i was the person who called and asked for one.

Our bathroom was disgusting. I was hoping I could upload the pics of the giant pubic/body hair on both the counter and the shower. Also, the pics online seemed to have 1 photo with 2 beds then a separate room with a foldout coach for the 3rd bed. However, the room was MUCH smaller and did not have a separate room. The lady said the only rooms they have with separate room areas only offers a king in one room and foldout in the separate room area. I was also told by the night staff AND manager that i would be getting a half off discount for my stay, and I have yet to see that in my bank account. At one point the manager told the night check in person that if I wasn't satisfied my kids and i (who had the unpacked quite a bit st this point and arrived there at 1am, and were exhausted) could find somwhere else to stay! Unbelievable

The rooms w/double beds are huge, w a small living area and a great little kitchen- well designed and practical. Lots of little conveniences like the side entry covered unloading area. It is right by a rather busy hwy & all double rooms face that side, but traffic sound was barely noticeable inside the room and quiet at night.

Poorly managed hotel
This hotel was ok. Served it’s purpose for my family. However, if you are looking for a well managed hotel, this is not one. So many little things came up. For 3 days one of the elevators was broken yet, the manager didn’t know. We had to inform him. Still baffled how no employee thought to tell him. Then right after they fixed it, the other elevator broke. The ice maker on our floor was broken the whole time. You had to go all the way to the lobby to get ice if you wanted any. In their very subpar breakfast, for 5 dsys, they had white sugar (instead of brown) for the oatmeal and again management didn’t even know. On one of our beds, housekeeping put a bed skirt as a comforter. I told one of the housekeepers and the manager and it was never fixed in the 6 days we were there. It took forever to ever get towels or anything extra and most of the time, we just had to go down and get it. I would not stay here again unless we had to.

Hotel chosen because they are pet friendly. Floor in bathroom was dirty. Air conditioner/heater only worked when it wanted to. Staff upon check in not super helpful, asked for possible room change and was denied because of booking thru third party. Rewards not offered. We will not stay here again.

False advertisement of full kitchen
I booked a room that stated full kitchen. The room had a kitchen but no stove. I called the front desk the gentleman stated there are no stoves in any of the rooms but they can send up a hot plate. I wish i would have knew that. I would have stayed at a Wyndham who offer full kitchen with a stove. Taking a shower the water was luke warm more to the cold side. I am not happy with the false advertisement stating full kitchen and no hot water. I paid way too much for this room considering I could have gotten a cheaper room with less amenities within the same area.
