It's conveniently located to lots of fun Austin attractions. It's just a short drive to the TX Capitol building (6.5 miles in the heart of downtown) and a quick shot to UT (5.3 miles). It boasts an upstairs balcony off the master bedroom, a private fenced back yard with mature trees, and a colorful and fun atmosphere to relax and recuperate from enjoying the amazing city of Austin! The space: The unit has a private laundry for use, a workspace, a fully loaded kitchen for any cooking you would like to do. It also has a private back yard to enjoy. Other things to note: Small pets under 35 lbs are welcome and in order for us to continue to be pet friendly, we’re asking you to not allow them on the furniture. It’s hard to get the smell out and we have had many complaints from non-pet owners who are sensitive or allergic to pet hair or dander. No aggressive breeds and no pets over 35 lbs allowed. There is a private fenced yard on the property. All pets must be housebroken, and owners are responsible for picking up droppings from the yard prior to check out. We also require a $150 deposit for pets for incidentals and the reservation will have an additional $50 non-refundable cleaning fee/pet to clear pet odors and hair after your stay. Please ask all questions if you plan to have a pet(s) during your stay prior to booking. THERE WILL BE A $250 FINE FOR THE FOLLOWING: \- NOT PAYING THE PET DEPOSIT \-HAVING PETS ON THE FURNITURE \-HAVING AN AGGRESSIVE BREED ON THE PROPERTY \-HAVING A LARGE PET IN EXCESS OF 35 LBS ON THE PROPERTY Close by eats and things>>>>> An easy drive to both Duval Biscuits and Groovy and the very yummy The Omelettry (under 3 miles :) For a nice dinner, Contigo is fun, lively and just a short drive away. Don't forget to save time and experience an Austin gem while in town. Sahara Lounge offers unique Austin nightlife and live music (7.1 miles). Little Longhorn Saloon is another entertaining Austin hot spot offering a unique experience with Chicken-poop bingo and live music every Sunday (only 3 miles)!!! Then no return communication from the owner regarding accessing the property until after contacting the VRBO Help line and then 2 hrs after the 3pm check-in, the owner sends a text. By then VRBO had already found a temporary hotel room for us. The location was in a very unsafe neighborhood and the building was unkept. I would not recommend anyone book this location ##### Alva H.
