Located in the hippest part of town – SOCO (South Congress) with great access to everything that's best about Austin--shopping, restaurants, bars, and major music events. The studio is an absolute jewel, with round windows, a loft bedroom, and high ceilings downstairs. The space super light and airy, and a happy laid-back Austin vibe. Opens onto a screened porch. Entry through a garden walkway. A real pleasure to be in! Sleeps 2 or 3 comfortably, 5 if you really like each other. New bathroom and kitchen. Private entrance, gardens, deck with gas grill, round windows, new high efficiency heat and air, backs onto a creek for great privacy, in a sweet central neighborhood.
