Responsive host and nice, clean property. Easy to get on 45, 130 and also I-35\. Also 290 East is not far. Good price for all that you get. I could really see two young couples renting this place for a long weekend in the Austin metro. Enjoyed the nearby Springhill restaurant. Two different HEB stores in the area. Neighborhood was quiet and there’s a park right down the street. The heating element went out in the dryer while doing laundry one night. We contacted the owner and he had it fixed the next day.
