Located on THE best part of S Lamar, near Zilker and all the top restaurants/bars. Literally a scooter ride away from downtown, Rainey street, south congress and all of the music festivals like ACL and SXSW.
KITCHEN:
Every culinary desire can be met using the high end commercial grade stainless steal appliances including a 6 burner stove with a habachi grill and two stoves, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. The island is perfect for entertaining and dining.
LIVING ROOM:
TWO 10’ down feather Italian leather couches make the area perfect for entertaining and relaxing or snuggling and watching a movie, especially if you light the electric fireplace. The ambiance is so relaxing. Enjoy the 75” HDTV and Google Fiber Wifi, so you can stream any of your accounts like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Video.
Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom are located on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor is a suite with a queen bed and private bathroom.

S Lamar has TONS of cool restaurants and bars. Scooter right down lamar to downtown, Zilker, and located parallel to s Congress. Everything is so close.

Vegetarian food truck: ATX FOOD CO.
Italian Cucina(Matthew Mcconaughey’s fave too) only .4 miles away.
Juliet Italian kitchen: 1.3 miles away
BBQ:
Loro: walk right down the street!
Brown’s BBQ food truck: yum and also down the street!
THAI
Super Thai cuisine: again, just walk down the street lol. Super yum
Thai fresh: .6 miles away that has the best Phad Thai.
SOUP/SANDWICHES
Soup peddler: 1 mile and has the best chicken tortilla soup and grilled cheese.
BRUNCH:
Snooze- only a block away so you can beat the line if you wake up early!
MEXICAN:
Matt’s El Rancho- .8 miles

I like to use Uber to get around. But you could also catch the bus on Lamar, or a scooter(if you dare)
Please throw all trash away, load the dishwasher with used dishes, and please don’t eat or drink on the couches to avoid spills.
