I walked in and staff were very friendly then as we walked in the room it smelled so fresh and clean bed was really soft and comfortable loved the restroom shower, I would fully recommend it to any one visiting the area.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in ever. Nothing fancy but everything you need. I will tell my family and friends, and will definitely stay again.

The AC had not been turned on in our room before arrival so it was hot. We were quickly moved to a different room, though.

The room/building was very clean and seemed well maintained. They have breakfast until 9am and coffee/tea/water available around the clock which was a nice bonus. There are snacks available to purchase, prices on par w/ grocery store. I got one item that was spoiled but the date on the package was far enough away that I can't blame them for it - that said, no issue w/ any of the dry goods. Would stay there again for it's convenience/price.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED THE STAFF! Was lucky to meet the Owner and He is a wonderful person also. Would stay again when I come back. Thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcome for the week we were there for business. The guest are pretty awesome also. Made some new awesome connections.

What drew us to this hotel was the excellent reviews, the cost and the location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is only a few years old and was well looked after. Our room was cery clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is in an easy location and thevprice was great. Would highly recommend.

Very good overall! Room was small but new and clean. Excellent location, friendly front desk. Only couple small gripes were that it said you could easily stream your device to the TV and after a front desk agent and an 800 IT number could not make it happen, I gave up. Other was that I intended to sleep in and housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:45 for an 11am check-out. Never had them randomly do that at a hotel before. Still, very nice hotel and would definitely recommend; the hiccups were small.

Hotel & room were very clean and bright. Only downside was some occasional street noise from AW Grimes Blvd. our room was on 2nd floor on hotel end facing AW Grimes. Next time I’ll ask for room away from this end of hotel.

The property is excellent what is not good is the Expedia service , make a reservation for 3 rooms get charged for 3 rooms but the reservation at the hotel said is only 2, try to reach Expedia for the last two days not luck , the people at the hotel take care of my other rooms I ended getting four rooms too and the give me better rate, I staying again for another night same 4 rooms and the resin at front desk take care good bye Expedia , Beverly a phone number to call
