Equipped with everything you need to have a good vacation. My family stayed here for the 2024 eclipse and we found this location to be the perfect spot to rest and reset. Property has lovely art all around. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds. I found the sofa to be more comfortable than the the office pullout, but the actual bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses. Kitchen is fully stocked and living room and dining room were very clean. There were also many streaming options so we got to watch interstellar on the day of the actual eclipse which was great. We were in town for our oldests wedding and this property provided access to South Austin and its amenities. I prepped a meal for 100 people in this kitchen. Check in was easy and smooth and house was spacious and well maintained. I would have liked to had access to a vacuum and some basic cleaning supplies other than Windex because we wanted to leave the house as we found it and that’s a pain w no supplies. Also, it was New Year’s Eve and we got quite a free show, the neighbors definitely spared no expense on the fireworks show lol it was beautiful and truly breathtaking (the air was thick).
