The property was under renovations and had a flooding event the day before we arrived. However, the staff were great! Traffic around the site was chaotic and dangerous.

Just came back from the trip. This is the worst Marriott I had ever stay. I was misleading by the rating and the name of Marriott. The property is super outdated, and the room is old and small. All doors including front door was locked, it means this area is not safe. Breakfast is terrible.

Perfect location, remodeling going in during my stay. My shower leaked out on both ends causing water on the floor. My second stay here, will continue to stay here.

Upon booking nothing was mentioned about construction taking place. We arrived to see construction material in the parking lot. The hallway where our room was located had construction material covering the floors. The door to our room didn’t latch properly. The window in our room, one of the latches to lock didn’t latch all the way. The ac unit was broken in spots. There was patch work done in several spots of the walls. A few bugs, one on the table when we arrived and one behind the toilet when we left. A couple of towels had stains on them. We found someone’s left behind makeup brush on the floor, so the floors were not checked prior to us arriving. We woke up to lots of noise and banging from the construction work taking place on both sides of our room. Would not recommend and will not be wasting my money on this property in the future.

Recently stayed and was not impressed for the 270.00 a night. Sticky, needs updating, very generic. Just spend the extra 60 somewhere else. Staff was super nice.

Disappointed with this Fairfield stay
Check-in was easy, desk clerk was super friendly. Upon entering the room, we noticed a musty smell and a dampness in the air. The AC could not keep up with the humidity, and the room was warm all night long. There were also hairs on the toilet. Breakfast was ok; it didn't seem like anyone made an effort to make it any better.

The staff was friendly and price was good but my sheets and towels were heavily stained/dirty. I was only staying the one night and not spending much time in the room so I didn't bother the staff with my issues. Just a heads up, you may need to have your room cleaned before settling in. Also, this hotel is in a rough part of town.

My room smelled like mold. I had to request a new room in which they did accommodate. Manager stated they just took over property but not sure if I would go back.
