"They were short staffed in the kitchen and bar.I was told that they only had 1 cook in the kitchen and she had been there since 4AM. The bar tender went to the kitchen to help the which left the bar shorthanded."

"The hotel room was completely different from the pictures shown online. The property is much older than expected, and the room felt very small and outdated. We booked for 4 nights, hoping for a comfortable stay, but unfortunately the noise level was terrible. The room is not soundproof at all , you can clearly hear everything from the room next door, making it very difficult to sleep or rest properly. We have to book another hotel afterwards . Terrible experience !"

"The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again."

"The attitude of the front desk clerk was horrible. The bathroom had used toilet paper on the roll. I don't want to touch any toilet paper that someone else has utilized and don't know what it could have been exposed to during that time.....the room is dated and needs renovations. "

"The receptionist and waitress were both friendly and attentive. My low rating for the hotel is due to the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels within 5-10 min of this; I highly recommend choosing another one. "
